What are cleansing oils?

Cleansing oils have been used for thousands of years. Cleopatra used olive oil to cleanse and beautify her skin. They are also a favorite of many modern day herbalists and natural skin care experts.

Cleansing oils help remove dirt and impurities from the skin. Earth Alkemie cleansing oils gently remove makeup, dirt, and excess sebum. They are non-greasy.

Eco notes: Sunset cleansing oil is made with certified organic castor, jojoba, olive, and hemp oils. It is also crafted with organic (but not certified) almond oil, and organic (non-certified) essential oils (blood orange, sweet orange, and patchouli).

Sunset Cleansing Oil Sunset Cleansing oil is a mild cleansing oil made with many certified organic oils, including castor and jojoba. Sunny sweet orange is blended with juicy blood orange, dark rich patchouli, and floral, green, herbaceous palmarosa. Xiao (small) size comes in a 2 ounce blue glass treatment pump bottle. PLEASE note: Grande (full) size is 4 ounces, and is now packaged in a plain, recyclable PET #1 plastic bottle (to use as a refill). The grande (full) size is also available packaged in a plain, recyclable PET #1 plastic bottle with an empty 4 oz blue glass lotion pump option.		Xiao size (2 oz glass pump): $6.50
