Many Earth Alkemie products can be used on the hair.

Tropical Dreams is inspired by a traditional hair cosmetic called Macassar oil! Use Tropical Dreams as a deep warm oil treatment for super soft, shiny, silky, smooth hair!

Coconut Dreams may also be used on the hair as a warm oil treatment too.

Both Coconut Dreams and Tropical Dreams are fantastic for the hair, but Tropical Dreams has the added benefits of the essential oils, which are some of the best essential oils to use in hair care.

African black soap can be used to wash the hair. Earth Alkemie's African black soaps will gently cleanse the hair without stripping the hair's natural oils. Li likes to use Alata Samina as a shampoo, but Ose Dudu, Ghana, and Karite are excellent too! Be sure to follow any soap based shampoo with an acidic rinse, like a vinegar rinse (make sure the vinegar is well diluted) or an herbal infusion (really strong herbal tea).
